Italian search result is #1 even though I do not speak it

(Don't mind what I was searching for, haha)

I have a german Kagi account and am searching with a region focus on Germany, even though Kagi knows that I also like english search results. In this particular search, an Italian Wikipedia article came up as the first search result.

I would like it if search results that link to pages in languages that I do not speak were not the first result, if links to pages in languages I speak are also available.

Hey! Could you check what domains you have raised in https://kagi.com/settings?p=user_ranked&k=1&t=

I have en.wikipedia.org raised and I am getting it as the top result

I guess it is my fault then, for including wikipedia.org? Although I would prefer if raising wikipedia.org still preferred results in my preferred language over results in other languages.
