To be fair to Kagi, sometimes websites play games trying to trick crawlers into regarding old content as newly published so that it ranks higher in search results than it should - not sure if that might be a factor here?
Though it’s not a great look for Kagi given the year is even in the URL, on top of the article showing the date…
I will upvote the topic to encourage the team to look into it.
In the meantime, I did find one thing that helps;

The page still shows up, but now it’s the very last result on the first page of results.
I’m not familiar with the website, but there’s just something about the title of that post which rubs me the wrong way… I don’t think the author would be shocked to learn that people regularly search the internet to learn the current cost / value of Bitcoin - and while I grudgingly accept a degree of emphasis or dramatisation for clickbait, this post almost seems designed to trick people into clicking on it under the impression it might be something it isn’t.
