Links in Assistant not clickable

I used Assistant + ChatGPT 4o, trying to get direct links to the most relevant sources for lyrics.

Asked for where to get the results.

The initial result wasn't clickable.

Then I asked specifically for clickable links. The result was still unclickable.

Using Safari 18.3 / Sequoia 15.3.1

I need clickable links out from the assistance. Without this functionality, Assistant is much less valuable for search. I'd rather use ChatGPT directly for this use case at this point.

Hi @desult , a couple questions to help narrow down the issue -

Could you confirm that the "Web Access" toggle at the top left of the screen was enabled when you used these prompts?
Your screencap is missing the initial prompt; if possible, it would be helpful to see so that we can try to reproduce accurately.
If you have any custom instructions set on https://kagi.com/settings?p=assistant, could you share those, or try again without them? Just to verify there's no conflicting instructions that might be confusing the model's usage of search tools.

I can't seem to reproduce it now. I do normally have web access on, and I do not have any custom instructions.

I will be sure to collect this information if I am able to reproduce later. Feel free to close.
