- At minimum, maybe this should say what the "with usage limits" means here, during the sign-up flow, just in a simple way?
- If you select free, perhaps suggest in the wording something like "You can always choose to upgrade to premium later", as I imagine the most common user flow would be to try out premium, then say "OK, I like this, I'll go premium".
