Kagi translate shows blank page in chrome, but not firefox

I was trying to read a new law proposal from france. Pasting the link to it in kagr translate loaded up a new page with this uri:

In chrome, it looks like this:

And in an empty chrome profile:

But in firefox:

I expected the same result in both browsers

So oddly enough, I found another page that struggled:

This time it loads in firefox (developer edition) but not in chrome. But it took several minutes. I left it open to find this feedback ticket.
