A global blacklist for all searches with options to block some sites, regions, languages, or words.
To set this one time and forget about it.
ex. As a Ukrainian, I don't want to see search results with the russian language.
I think some other users will have their own things they don't want to see at all.
A Blacklist page in Settings, that will have options to exclude some region/lang/word results from all searches globally.
