Option to Connect GitHub Repositories to The Assistant

Claude now allows users to connect GitHub repos to their workspaces.

Maybe consider implementing something like this in The Assistant? I've had success uploading parts of codebases as .txt files into Custom GPTs in ChatGPT, this would be much easier 🙂

Could The Assistant eventually even suggest code changes/even create commits/PRs?

That would be a great feature, very useful. I would suggest that it be not limited to Github and include other git protocol alternatives (as an example Codeberg picking up steam right now in the privacy/open-source sphere).
