Currently, adult content is filtered from results when using the Privacy Pass version of Kagi. There should be an option to allow adult SERPs.
You could have an option to enable adult content in search results. This setting is then saved to localStorage or a cookie of browser in order for Kagi to know it should show results with adult content.
