Editing a prompt should keep uploaded files

Ask a question about the attached file
Press Enterto submit
Click Edit
Edit the question (about the attached file)
Re-submit

Assistant says there's no file and can't answer any question about it.

I expect the Assistant to

keep files uploaded as part of a question, unless I remove them myself
at least allow me to re-upload files when I edit a prompt (AFAIK, it's impossible and one must create a new thread)
warn users if, for some reasons, files have been discarded

Forgot to indicate this is about Kagi Assistant. I wish I could rename an issue and specify the affected apps.

goulot_situez You can actually edit discussion names, it’s in the three dots menu! It’s clear what you’re referring to anyway though ;)
As for the issue itself IIRC they’ve said this is a constraint with the backend as it stands rn; believe it’s being reworked for the new Assistant features coming soon.
