Sometimes search results include websites that are dead (i.e. not just a 404 error, the entire site no longer exists). These are annoying to run across in search results, as they're either completely inaccessible or require opening in Internet Archive (and hoping they're archived!). For example the search "gallium on glass" shows this link (image below) as the fourth result, but the site is totally gone.
It would be nice (if possible) to detect such dead sites and display some sort of notice they're dead. I don't want them to be removed from search entirely as the archival results still have the potential to be useful.
