Add Discourse forums and target subdomains that indicates a community to "discussions" lens

I think that targeting subdomains with words like discourse/forum/community is already a big start.

A friendly bump here. Full disclosure, I am a Discourse employee and was testing out Kagi this week and noticed that many Discourse forums aren't included in your "Forums" lens.

Here are some examples:

https://talk.macpowerusers.com is a pretty popular Mac forum.

https://forums.swift.org is a pretty active Discourse forum on the Swift language.

If there is a way to highlight forums like this to Kagi, I'd love to know how so that Discourse can better contribute to your index.

The best pattern to identify Discourse forums is a meta tag, we include the Discourse version as a meta tag.

Example:

I get the same result as you when I set the region to "United States" or "International", but not "Canada" (I am in Canada). Seems to track across different keywords, forums show up lower with the Canada region set. It's not zero, but for the same keyword, they're lower ranked in Canada.
