There are 2 Four Seasons hotels in Miami. Kagi buries the second match (Four Seasons Surfside, in Miami - 9 miles apart) on the second page:

Here's how other major search engines rank the results (unpersonalized/incognito session):




They all show the Four Seasons Miami as #1, and Surfside right after, in a clear order. Kagi doesn't seem to get it right.
