MartinBirok Yes, the content in this box has nothing to do with pinning (it is not a "pinned box"), and it only shows on the top of the page because we do not have enough space to put it elsewhere on the page. It is meant to be adjacent to your search results, not strictly the focus of it, but when the browser window is small we haven't worked out a better place for it.
This is the same case with content like our wikipedia widget, for example:
It gets moved on top on smaller screens (less than 1024px wide)
The same exact CSS mechanism is at play here.
Then almost every search contains stack overflow
"Almost every search" sounds very wrong if you mean that literally. If you mean "almost every programming search", that could be the case. Regardless, if you find something egregious, please share some examples so that we can investigate further and improve this.
