Kagi Assistant Error While Processing Request

When a query is typed into Kagi Assistant with Deepseek R1, Claude 3.5 Sonnet or chatGPT 4o ( i hvae not tested on more models) selected it returns the following output:

"Sorry, a problem occurred while processing your request. Please try again later."

invisibles0l Have gotten this randomly with (IIRC) Claude 3.5 Sonnet and o3 mini. One time it threw up the error but then started outputting as normal.

RoxyRoxyRoxy I also get that randomly too. Sometimes references are not shown in outputs as well.

I am seeing this same error across different LLMs. It occasionally works without Web Access, but in general is not working at all. I just signed up today, so am curious if anyone else has experienced issues from the start - could it be VPN or network related? Or is this a Kagi issue?

happyowl0122 Im not sure if its a vpn, network related but it happens from time to time. Kagi is usually very fast to bring out a fix though.

Just an additional note. It's seems to be working OK from my Android phone, but from a desktop PC, I'm having consistent issues. Same network/VPN/etc.

happyowl0122 That's no problem. I just want to ask, are you still unable to use any of the assistant features on desktop since getting the kagi ultimate plan?

invisibles0l That's correct. Assistant is working from my desktop at all.

I didn't want to spam the discord with my issues... and it looks like they've been resolved now. I didn't change anything, or play with it for a couple days. but running tests this afternoon, i was able to get results without errors from multiple LLMs. so... thanks Kagi team.
