Add Additional "Time" Options in Drop-Down Menu Within Searches

I regularly perform searches which require results that are recent. Whilst it is great to have the date picker available, it is cumbersome to use. I would love to see "3 month", "6 month" and "12 month" options available, which will make the process of finding recent search results easier. The reason I use these options frequently is because I work with software and I often and testing software versions that are somewhere between 2 months and 12 months old, and find myself having to mess with the date picker very often.

Simply add "3 month", "6 month" and "12 month" options available to the "time" menu when performing searches.

Hey! We're actually going to release several improvements (and bug fixes) to our date picker, which we hope will make it more usable.
One of the changes is to support partial input (e.g. inserting from: or to: only), which could address your issue. What are your thoughts?

Lately, I have had to search for some computer troubleshooting solutions. Many of the top results I get are five or 10 years old, or even older. It would be really practical if in the time options one could choose something older than one year; say five years and ten years. It's too much trouble to have to type in the two dates in that menu, because clicking the arrows only goes back one month at a time, and typing takes me out of the search expreience.

To weed out very old search results when I'm looking for more recent results, but older than one year.
