Video title language doesn't match actual video

a search like https://kagi.com/videos?q=shopopop has as it's first result a video with an english title according to Kagi.

But clicking on it reveales that it's a french language video:

Yep, can still reproduce.
@Hanbyeol was able to reproduce it with korean and I was as well.
Did limited testing with dutch but coudn't repro so far (might do more testing)

With korean I searched for airfryer on the asia east server with korean language and country set and did find for example these videos which are all korean but showing english titles:
