Description:
A formatting issue where text copied from Word documents is incorrectly interpreted as an image when pasted into the Assistant text input field, preventing proper text-based interaction. This occurs due to improper handling of rich text format data in the clipboard conversion process.

Steps to reproduce:

Open a Microsoft Word document containing formatted text
Select and copy (Ctrl+C) any text from the Word document
Navigate to ChatGPT web interface
Click on the text input field
Paste (Ctrl+V) the copied content
Observe that instead of text, the content appears as an image

Expected Behavior:
The copied content should paste as plain text
The text can be edited or modified

Actual Behavior:
The content is pasted as an image
The text cannot be edited or modified
Assistant cannot process the input as text

Can't replicate on Firefox with the Windows version of Word. Don't have Word for Mac or I'd test that out to see if it's a browser, Word, or OS issue.
