TL;DR:
I'd love to change the accent color of the favicon or set a custom favicon altogether. At least a B&W version 🙂 Blending starts now !
Context:
I love Kagi, your visual identity & all.
I love orange too, but the favicon is orange and there is a letter with a circle and a strait bar in the middle of it.
I share my screen all the time at work with teams and it's legendary video quality. Mobile phones are often far, it's hard to make the difference between some icons you see 🙂
Since I use Kagi as my main search engine this favicon pops up a lot you see 🙂
Oh and for bonus points I use dark mode quite often !
High tech simulation :
Option 1: B&W favicon is available (on-off toggle in appearance settings)
Option 2: Multiple colors & styles are available (users could earn special ones, imagination is the limit here. These icons could go further and be linked to the homepage art or something)
Option 3: Upload a custom .ico or provide a custom cdn url
These options can obviously be combined 🙂
