If I'm looking up the meaning of or information about a medical procedure like "covid-19 vaccine" or "vivisection", that is likely to have sensitive images in the search results, Kagi should not show me images about it unless I specifically click the images tab.
I'm struggling to think of more examples right now but this has definitely triggered in the past for a variety of medical and surgical searches.
Perhaps this could have similar behaviour to the NSFW filter, or maybe it should be the case all the time.
