I often download chats to either archive them or reuse them. It would be cool to have the option to restore one by uploading the file.
I am fully aware that I can also save chats in Kagi, but in my opinion, that fills the sidebar with too many chats. This way, it is also easier for me to sort and group them.
As soon as a new chat is opened, there could be a restore icon next to the attachment and microphone icons (something like this: https://www.flaticon.com/free-icon/restore_8929758).
The upload only accepts txt files, of course. Whether the assistant is told that this is an imported chat for safety, I cannot say; I don't have enough experience with AI for that.
In any case, it would be good if the chat is also marked as having been restored. It would be cool if the assistant continues to write normally, as if it didn't have that information.
