When I search anything and press the shield icon, this menu opens, but the "pin" button in displayed incorrectly.

This might be specific to 4k monitors, but I'm not sure. I experienced this on both Zen browser (Firefox) as well as Thorium (Chromium).
I initially thought this was an issue with the theme I was using, but turns out it was still there after I turned custom css off.

I expected for the pin button to be displayed as part of the pill shape, and not leak outside of the menu.

    Tested on my work laptop, and I'm experiencing the same thing.

        Same issue with and without external monitor.

          Also can't get this one reproduced, I'll have some other people internally test it I guess.
          Changing zoom and default zoom in firefox and zen does change the DPR but doesn't cause the issue you're having

          And chrome devtools manually setting DPR also doesn't seem to trigger it:

            I have tried with three different browsers on three different devices.
            It works fine on mobile, but if I turn on desktop mode, I get the same issue again.

            And of course, custom css has been turned off.

            When opening the shield menu there is a grey bar under the link.

            This only happens on some of the search results. I'm not sure why.
            I'm not sure what else to call this menu, so "shield menu" will do.
            I thought this was an issue with the theme I was using, but it was still there when I disabled custom css.

            I expected the yellow colour to cover the background for the link. I also think it would look better if the gradient covered the entire coloured area instead of the split between the title and the URL.

              That could be the case. This bug only happens on some links, though. The one you linked to happens to all of them.

                    When font size is configured to large or larger, the "pin" ranking adjustment option overflows the button bar.

                    Reproduction steps:

                    1. Open Kagi's Settings | Appearance page, change Font Size to either Large or Larger
                    2. Run a search and click the shield icon on any result to open the info popup with the rank adjustment button bar.

                    When font is set to normal:

                    This occurs with both Firefox 133.0.3 and Chrome 131.0.6778.265 on Windows 10.

                      Was this fixed? I had this issue before, but could not figure out what was causing it.
                      Now I can't reproduce it anymore.
