For example, you do a search, by default it does "sort by: default" but if you were to open that menu and press 'default' (even though that's already the currently selected mode).
The results go away and return.. obv nothing changed. So there's no reason it should 'reload' the results.. nothing changed.
This is a small thing and a dumb thing (because why would you select the option that's already selected) but yeah
