Podcast episode thumbnails: aspect ratio not respected

As you can see in the screenshot, poor Frank's bald head is getting squooshed xd

I think this would be fixed by simply removing the CSS "height" attribute:

Then we would go from this:

To this:

Note: I just searched for the word "Joe" to get some thumbnails.
