After doing a little more research on my own, it seems that Kagi Maps is showing me the closest airport based on my IP address.
Like the first post, if Kagi thinks I'm close to Gimhae airport, it will display Gimhae instead of Muan.
If I use an IP address from a country outside of South Korea, it seems to show me any airport in that country.
