So currently you can't actually see which company provides which llm. (even for gpt 4o, we don't know if you're using openai or azure technically). but it's mainly about open source models like Llama and Qwen.
I can see in assistant that you're using Fireworks but
- people might not realize Fireworks is a company
- they have to already submit something to there, before they can see that in the info dialog

which would then say "This model uses Google's api" or "This model uses Fireworks api" if you hover over it
