Allow user to choose other file formats for Assistant thread downloads

Currently it's downloading markdown in a .txt file.

I understand that some people might not know what a markdown file is, but it would be nice for those people who want to have it open with the correct (markdown) text editor of their chosing. or be able to drag it into their markdown based note taking app directly.

EDIT (after nobodywasishere's reply): instead I propose the user gets the option download it a variety of formats. So in the settings there would be an option where the user can choose the format:

.txt
.md
.doc
.docx
.pdf

We considered this but a lot of operating systems by default don't recognize the .md extension as text, and this can lead to confusion. Would an .md.txt extension work?

Yeah... that's fair.
hmm, I don't think there's much point in .md.txt

I want to say: it would be nice to have it as an account setting, but I understand that we don't want the settings page to be cluttered. But yeah. Personally it'd like that option.
I'll modify this discussion to something better
