I noticed something, which ... I don't know if that's the right behaviour.
steps:
- install kagi android app and login
- long press the app icon and drag the 'assistant' app shortcut to your homescreen so it's a seperate app icon.
- press the newly dragged app-icon/shortcut. start a convo.
- minimze the app.
- press the app-icon/shortcut again
What happens: it opens a fresh Kagi assistant screen
What I expected to happen: reopen the app on the convo that was still open (just resuming, just as if any other app you were to click on the app icon. it should just continue where it left off instead of starting a fresh thread).
No idea if this is indeed correct that you can see if it was opened from homescreen or long press. but this is what Assistant claims:
