Make Assistant model choice in url more obvious

But i realized that the part that i had mentioned on that post wasn't actually adressed, so i'll make it this seperate thing.

i personally also would expect the url to change when you change the model.
Similar to chatgpt actuallly.
If you're on https://chatgpt.com/ and then change the model to something else. The moment you change the model, the url changes, for ex: https://chatgpt.com/?model=gpt-4o-mini

benefit of this is that it makes people see the url changes and

know which model has which name (so you don't have to go to the docs)
makes people realize that defining the model name in the url is even a thing
