I want to the upgrade page and clicked switch plan. Selected the Family annual Duo. Confirmed the change. Nothing happened so I searched in the Help articles and read that I must first cancel my Professional plan. Did this and went back to Upgrade page, selected Duo and confirmed. Nothing happened, still. Gave up and forgot about the upgrade. Did a search and saw a billing error messages overlaid on the Kagi search results. They now show up on all Kagi pages so the whole service is unusable.
Clicking the “x” close buttons on these messages does nothing. Or maybe it does but there are two many messages and no animation so I can’t tell.
Please let me upgrade (and add the instructions about cancelling the personal plan before switching to family on the upgrade setting page, not just in the support articles!), and prevent error messages from making Kagi unusable.
Also, the Kagi feedback page is broken on Orion: typing in this very text input form is erratic, the cursor keeps moving to random places in the text I already typed and even in other entries (from here back to the Title form).
