Steps to replicate:

Disable safe search.
Search for [keybak six foot].
Scroll past the first two results (keybak.com and amazon.com).

Observed: result titled "7,210 foot bukkake FREE videos found on XVIDEOS for this search.".

Expected: ideally, no NSFW results.

Isn't that the purpose of safe search? If you don't want NSFW results, enable safe search and they are Safe For Work.

Apologies if I've misunderstood something..

If I search for [keybak six foot] with Safe Search off, I should get shopping listings and, if available, porn about six foot keyring/tool retractors. I should not get porn of an extremely distant misspelling of "keybak".
