I was just signing up to use Kagi for the first time and I got a full page to display from "/api/quick_settings/search". Attached is a picture of what I saw. This is in the Vivaldi web browser (Vivaldi 7.0.3495.10 stable). I am running Manjaro (6.10.13-3-MANJARO) with Cinnamon 6.2.9. I have the Dashlane extension (Version 6.2444.1). This has not affected my ability to use Kagi. I just wanted to let you know what I experienced. 
I would say I expected to hit some account creation success page or just the Kagi search page.
