Currently it's not possible to share a search if you're using a lens. sure.
But the problem is now that it's confusing people because the button to share the search is gone.
I think it would be better if the button stayed there but was grayed out and had some 'mouseover' text to say it's disabled because sharing a search via a lens is not supported atm
