I had Kagi extension configured to redirect from Ecosia and only to access Ecosia website. Ecosia was default search engine and everything worked fine until now.
I have recently update to Sequoia 15.1 and Safari on 18.1. Issue is only happening on Safari on Mac. It did not started when I updated to 15.1 but rather all of the sudden the following day. Kagi extension is 2.2.3 (25).
Basically I can successfully search on Kagi only if I'm on Kagi.com or Ecosia.org. On any other website, search does not redirect to Kagi anymore. Ecosia page is loaded with Kagi extension having orange triangle asking for access to website I just came from (see attached).
I expected to have search results redirected from any website I search from like it worked so far. If I give Kagi extension access to every singe website then issue stops.
