At least for me, the top result now points to the original Reddit thread (correct), but the text displayed in the Kagi search is the German translation:

Note that I couldn't really complain if my search brought up original content in German in that case (since I basically only searched for two names that are also likely to appear in a German text about any AUR packages for Audiblez). But since I'm seeing German translations for originally English content, I assume this is still an instance of this specific issue.

However, having at least the links pointing to the original is at least a step up 🙂

We're not sure who's producing these, but they are coming from our indexes. We're trying to determine if there is a way to prevent this from happening

This is still a problem.

Somehow, this is even worse in my case - I'm getting garbage results but the query param "tl=" is stripped from the URL (it's not happening on Google and it happens in incognito mode without any extensions)

(arrow points to the URL when I hover over the first result)

This means that

I get garbage, auto translated result
When I navigate to the result, it's in its original language (usually English)
No workaround with URL rewrite/custom CSS works.
