Background
I'm studying to speak Ukrainian which has me frequently looking up English grammar concepts. These queries often end with "in English" since I'm seeking information about a specific grammar concept as it exist in the English language. I noticed the translator appears for many of my queries, but since the text before the phrase "in English" is already in English the translator needlessly "translates" the text from English to English. There is no option in settings to turn off the translation widget, so I'm repeatedly shown a needless translation at the top of my results. Also, I noticed inconsistent translator behavior for the same query with a ? and without a ? at the end.

Anticipated Translator Behavior
1) Did not anticipate translator to appear in Test Case 1 since sentence is already in English
2) Test Case 2 observations were expected because phrase "what articles exist" is not already in Ukrainian, so the phrase "in Ukrainian" triggering the display of the translator makes sense.
3) Test Case 3 and Test Case 4, the addition of the "?" does not change the intended meaning of the query.
a) Anticipated Test Case 4 to trigger translator, same as Test Case 2, because phrase "what articles exist" is not in Ukrainian.
b) Anticipated Test Case 3 to not trigger translator because phrase "what articles exist" is already in English
NOTE: For comparison, Google does not display translator for any of the 4 test cases.
