I was having a hard time describe the issue, but maybe it's easier if I showcase it:
When I search for "retrorealms ign", the main IGN website is the top result, which is what I was expecting.

However, the results below that are of IGN subdomain for different languages (e.g. fr.ign.com, nordic.ign.com, etc).

Not sure how this should be handled, specifically since my region is set to US/English, but having all these subdomains looks spammy.
I've seen other websites that use the subdomain to split by region/language/etc, but I'm sure there's no catch-all way to do this.
What I was expecting was to not see all the different subdomains populate the rest of the results.
