In assistant V1, which was a new tab in the general search interface, it was really easy to switch back and forth between general search and assistant (since the primary search box supports bangs).
However, the new assistant UI only has a prompt box, and that doesn’t support bangs.
Some replacement of that functionality would be extremely useful.
Not sure the best approach here but one idea is supporting bangs in the assistant search box. Then you could also set up e.g. custom bangs for creating new assistant sessions with different prompts.
