I can reproduce, but I would suggest this is a somewhat relevant link - given all of the search phrase exists on that linked page.

I think another issue is that this link just redirects to unz.com (which is where the favicon is coming from). What's really weird is if you search for "johnson city tn to knoxville tn unz" - that link disappears from the result.
