Kagi has a lot of cool and unique features. Especially now with the Android app, which includes 100 trial searches, it would be nice to show-off these features with some kind of wizard.
I often would like to promote Kagi to friends/family but explaining these things in words or sending a link to the docs is not the same as experiencing the real thing life. I could just tell them to install the app and they'll get an overview of the full package.
In short, make the best possible impression during the trial phase.
For example:
During on-boarding, some example searches are demonstrated to show the coolest features like:
- Bangs
- Quick Answer
- Instant Answer
- Ranking Adjustment
Or after the first search there could be some kind of "Did you know that you can..." hint.
The Welcome page already summarizes a lot, but it's more effective with live examples
