Currently, the 8th highest result is an unrelated website without either of the two terms in the search query.

Results related to the search query

Although the results are different now a few months later, several sites still show without e.g ChatGPT anywhere on their pages

This result is still there, and has been on there since my original report in October. Again there is no 'ChatGPT' anywhere on the source page.
