Any updates on this by now? Alternatively, can I recover the credits I already bought? (Might be worth adding a note when buying credits, that you cannot use them to get one of the plans)
Ah and to be sure that I'm not misunderstanding: There is also no way to use already-bought credits to then get one of the subscription plans, is that right? Even if you get the prepaid credits first.
Edit: Support replied very quickly, if you buy prepaid credits first and then get a starter plan, it will automatically use your prepaid credits 🙂 It will show a cost of 0 at checkout, and not ask for payment details, and my balance was reduced by the correct amount.
