kyle79 As per title. I have an invoice due and added prepaid credits however I'm unable to select those credits as a payment method in the stripe invoice page. Should be able to use credits after an invoice is made to pay outstanding invoice.
pixel Hey there, please send an email to support@kagi.com with details and we can do that for you on our end. I will mark this post as "planned" though, since it is on our roadmap of making billing better to fix this behaviour from Stripe.
kyle79 Any update on this? I had the same issue and decided to just not renew in the end due to the privacy risk of having to email support.
