Ability to filter out obvious ai image websites from Image search

Luis I am losing my mind because I never saw that. Maybe because it was just right at the end. Sorry for the silly post.

Question, would it be possible for users to "report" a result as AI? Just tried it, and while it works well, I'd love to be able to say "this is still AI" and it be omitted for other users searching with no AI on.

Luis WOW OK it's a lot better now. So did you just manually exclude domains from searches or what exactly did you do?

I tested with "baby cats" but can only see Include and Exclude options, but no option of labeling the images yet. Are there any settings I should change?

gdriveforn1 By default, images are labeled and those identified as GenAI are downranked, appearing at the bottom of the image results when scrolling

Luis Any way I can turn that off? What if I want to actively search AI images? putting AI at the end of a query seems to not do the trick, as it's just downranked no matter what.

We're considering adding an option to the AI image filter that only includes images identified as AI-generated.

Very happy with the new changes! It's not perfect- namely some stock.adobe.com AI images are still high up, but this is absolutely a start. I'd love to see a way to "report" an image as AI as well.

Literally just signed up for the feedback forum to let the Kagi Team know how much I appreciate this feature!

The more we can get rid of AI images in the image search results the better, if I wanted AI images I would just generate them myself or explicitly look for them lol

same here. Personally I don't want to block all AI content, but having AI content clearly identfied / filterable is a game changer for me, and afaik something that is a real unique selling point for kagi, I don't think any other search engine does this.

I know detection is not perfect, but this is great! Thanks Vlad & kagi team 🙂
