Weird URL result with HTML

I was doing a random search today and I saw that one of the results was weird, with HTML attributes displayed as the title itself :

Looking at the source, it looks like a parsing error somewhere, probably where the page's URL was found?

I'm not able to repro -- what browser and search page are you using (/search vs /html/search)? Do you have any URL redirects that could be interacting with this?

Took me a while to find the exact request I used.

Right now I got the same issue with the query "zwift pacer calendar"
My region is set to "France (FR)"
I don't have any "Redirect" rule set in my Kagi account

Same behavior on Firefox Desktop and Orion iOS
