Lately, I often want to search about the emacs wiki system howm.
As you can imagine, this often gets "fixed" to searches for the word home.
I'd like to be able to add howm to a list of words which get automatically "literal-ized" using quotes.

With quotes (Japanese results but that's ok for me)
User has word which is almost-but-not-quite an English word
The search for it often
They want to not have to add double quotes every time
They go to settings, there is a section to add "literal words" or "exact words"
