In the popup where you can see how many trackers etc. are on the website, the style is hardcoded in HTML. For the purpose of better custom CSS changes, it would be desirable to move these hardcoded styles to CSS.
If it is no longer hardcoded, it is helpful for the advanced modification options for CSS. In general, you should try to hardcode as little style in HTML as possible if you offer custom CSS.
