Pasting using ctrl+V doesn't work, instead it resets the page as if ctrl+k was pressed. I believe instead of reading the key code the website reads the letter pressed. I'm using this layout:

It only changed the letters outputted but keeps the key codes the same, to keep the same position of hotkeys in games and apps. Unfortunately it means every time I use kagi assistant and want to paste something in the textfield it just resets the whole conversation.
Steps to reproduce:
- Install https://github.com/bradfeehan/Dvorak-QWERTY-Ctrl
- start a conversation in kagi assistant so there's some chat history (to see the effect of resetting)
- try to paste some text into the textfield using ctrl+v (you can test that it works in other apps and pages)
- observe the issue
hard to show on video since you cannot see the buttons I press.
I expected the text to be pasted and the page to not be reset. I expected the shortcuts to be bound to keys and not letters
