Yes, but it's the first time I've heard of CEST to be honest.
Everyone I know uses CET for both summer time & winter time and let the tool figure it out. And that's exactly what the first site listed does, btw.
I'd rather have no widget that one giving a time not meeting what I expect, tbh.
