Assistant V2 initial prompt text field doesn't scroll

If you type in a whole bunch of lines of text in the intitial text box of Assistant V2 and you try to use the scroll wheel, it won't work. using arrow keys you can move the cursor and it'll move the text up and down. But scrolling is disabled.

I sometimes put very large pieces of text in my initial prompt, so being able to scroll up to see the first couple lines I manually typed is very useful

also: i'm on firefox 129.0.2 on linux
