On my phone and laptop half of the above the fold content is comprised of the Kagi logo, FastGPT text, header bar, and search box. There is way too much empty space and padding on the page.
On the upside, I've seen it be a bit snappier now in returning responses.
Merge the header bar + logo and text into a single element + scale those down a notch. Decrease significantly the padding/margin before and after the search box.
