Right now, I noticed that the videos section appears near the bottom of the page of results. I actually like video results and use them frequently so it would be nice to configure them to show up closer to the top.
More generally, it would be nice if the user could configure how high up the page all the different sections (video, discussion, listicle, image, etc) appear
